Troubleshooting

Common Issues

Upload Failed

Check your connection and required fields. Large files can take longer. If it keeps failing, retry in a different browser.

Cannot Find My Resource

New uploads can take a few minutes to index. Confirm the resource is published, not draft, and tagged correctly.

Download Link Not Working

Validate your host link and permissions. Some providers expire public links; update with a fresh URL when needed.
