Community Standards

Be Respectful

FortForge includes creators from many backgrounds. We expect all members to:

  • Treat others with respect and courtesy.
  • Avoid harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior.
  • Keep discussions constructive and on-topic.
  • Respect different opinions and perspectives.
  • Use appropriate language in all interactions.

Be Helpful

Our community grows when members support one another:

  • Share your knowledge and expertise.
  • Provide constructive feedback on resources.
  • Help newcomers learn and improve.
  • Answer questions when you can.
  • Celebrate other creators.

Be Original

Creativity and proper attribution are required:

  • Share your own original work.
  • Give proper credit when using external work.
  • Do not plagiarize or steal content.
  • Respect intellectual property rights.
  • Be transparent about collaborations.

Content Policies

Acceptable Content

FortForge welcomes UEFN-related resources including:

  • 3D models, textures, and assets.
  • Code snippets and scripts.
  • Complete projects and templates.
  • Tutorials and educational content.
  • Tools and utilities for UEFN development.
  • Documentation and guides.

Quality Expectations

To keep the platform useful, resources should:

  • Be functional and tested.
  • Include clear descriptions and instructions.
  • Have relevant preview images.
  • Be properly categorized and tagged.
  • Be free from malicious code.
  • Comply with Epic Games terms.

Licensing and Attribution

  • Clearly state the license for your resource.
  • Respect the licenses of resources you use.
  • Credit original creators where required.
  • Do not redistribute assets without permission.
  • Be explicit about commercial usage limits.

Prohibited Content

These content types are not allowed on FortForge:

Stolen or Plagiarized Content

Do not upload content without permission from the rights holder.

Malicious Code

Any malware, exploit code, or harmful payloads will result in immediate enforcement.

Inappropriate Content

Sexually explicit, hateful, or excessively violent material is prohibited.

Spam and Misleading Uploads

Resources must accurately represent what they contain and provide real value.

Terms Violations

Content that violates platform or Epic Games policies is not permitted.

Reporting and Enforcement

How To Report

  1. Use the report action on a resource or profile.
  2. Select the correct violation category.
  3. Provide clear details and context.
  4. Submit for moderator review.

Enforcement Actions

  • Warning: first-time minor issues.
  • Content removal: violating resources are removed.
  • Temporary suspension: repeated violations.
  • Permanent ban: severe or repeated abuse.

Appeals

If you believe an action was incorrect, contact support via Discord or email with your account details and a clear explanation.
